For additional security we utilise 3-D Secure. It is like a Chip & PIN for online purchases designed to protect the consumer and merchant by asking a secret password and a personal message during the transaction process. Developed by Visa (Verified by Visa) and MasterCard (SecureCode) and used by most retailers, it has rapidly become a widely accepted standard.

Ordering
Ordering online is so easy, just follow the simple steps and below and you will have your flight booking or gift voucher in no time.
1. Select a Location from the top menu
2. In the menu to the left of page, either select ‘Flights and Prices" to make a booking for a specific date or
3. Select 'Gift Vouchers' to purchase a 12 month Gift Voucher
4. Once you have chosen your desired ticket or voucher simply click the buy now button
5. Follow the checkout instructions:
For a Flight or Flexi Voucher
a. You will need to select a date that is available using the date selector
or for a Gift Voucher
b. You will not need to select a date. Your voucher can be used anytme within 12 months from purchase
6. Enter the passengers names and weights. This is because balloons are weight loaded, so it is important that we know the weights of every person.
7. Enter your delivery instructions
8. Check your order on the order summary page
9. Enter your billing details for your order
10. Once your payment is submitted and processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order immediately.
